If you are experiencing difficulty getting the app to load or function normally, try the following steps: 

  1. Reload your browser.
  2. If that doesn't work, update your browser. See supported browsers and systems below.
  3. Try another browser. For example, if you typically use Safari, try using Chrome instead.

For other issues, you may also want to try logging out and back in again. If your course is linked through your Learning Management System (Canvas, Blackboard, D2L/Brightspace, Moodle, etc.), you will need to return to the Learning Management System to re-log in. 


In rare cases, you may want to clear cache and cookies.
