How to Reset Your Password

NOTE: You should not use a password to access Codon Learning if Codon Learning is linked in your Learning Management System (LMS; Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace/D2L) course page. You should go to your LMS course page and click the Codon Learning link.

To reset your password:

1. Go to app.codonlearning.com

2. Click “Reset Password?” to set your password

3. Enter your university email address and click “Request password reset” to get an email prompting you to set your password.

4. Check your university email for an email from support@codonlearning.com and click “Change password” (sometimes the email is filtered into a junk folder).
   
   
   
   

5. Change your password and log in with your university email and new password.

If you do not receive an email from Codon Learning within 5 minutes, the email address that you used may not be associated with a Codon account. Try using a different email address associated with your institution. If you continue to have issues, contact support@codonlearning.com.

Codon Learning does not store your password. If you forget it, repeat the above process.
